The first edition of the Lisbon Basketball Youth Cup took place on June 27 at the Henrique Miranda Pavilion in the outskirts of Lisbon. The 2021 edition of the Lisbon Basketball Youth Cup will take place this coming June 27 at the Henrique Miranda Pavilion, home to Clube Atlético de Queluz, one of the participating teams.
Due to the new coronavirus epidemic, the Lisbon Basketball Youth Cup will be postponed to June 26 & 27, 2021. Move Sports, the event organisers, are making this decision in line with the latest recommendations from the Portuguese Government, through its National Health Service (NHS), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Portuguese Basketball Federation, which cancelled all basketball activity in the country in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
