-
Prices depend on several factors, including the number of travellers, the number of nights, the type of accommodation, and any extra activities (e.g., sightseeing tours, surf lessons, other adventure sports, training sessions, friendly matches, etc.).
-
We organise sports tours year-round. The ideal time for your tour depends on your team’s preferences as well as the seasonal calendar of the sport.
-
We generally request a first deposit of 30% to confirm your registration and secure your accommodation. The earlier this first deposit is made, the better the chances of securing the most suitable hostels or hotels. The remaining balance is typically split into two further payments (50% + 20%), to be completed at least one month before the event. Please note that we are flexible on this schedule and can adjust if needed.
-
The city tax is paid in person during check-in and applies to guests coming from outside the municipality. Please note that this is not a fee charged by Move Sports or the accommodation, but a mandatory government policy. Children under 13 years old are exempt, while those aged 13 and above are required to pay. The amount ranges from €2 to €4 per person, per night, depending on the accommodation’s location and municipality.
-
Teams are required to leave a refundable security deposit upon check-in. The amount varies depending on the hotel and will be returned at the end of the stay, provided no damages or disturbances have occurred.
